Level 1 Certification (L1): This entry-level certification allows you to purchase and fly HPR motors ranging from H to I impulse.

Level 3 Certification (L3): The pinnacle of HPR certification, allowing you to fly rockets with motors M impulse and above, and truly push the boundaries of amateur rocketry.

Launch and Certification: On the day of your launch, you’ll be supported by TRA officials who will oversee your launch attempt and certify your achievement upon a successful flight.
